How the inspection window works
Four simple steps. Most customers hear back from us within one business day of reaching out.
Report an issue
Call, WhatsApp, or email us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery with your order number and a description of the issue.
We review it
Our team looks into your report — including photos, documentation, or the original listing — usually within 24 hours.
Vehicle assessed
If needed, we arrange a closer look at the vehicle or review service/inspection records to confirm the issue.
Resolution agreed
We agree on the right outcome together — repair, partial adjustment, or refund — based on what's fair for the situation.
What's covered
Vehicle sales work differently from everyday retail returns. Here's exactly what's covered during your inspection window, and what isn't.
Covered during inspection
- ✓ Reported within 48 hours of pickup or delivery
- ✓ An undisclosed mechanical issue present at time of sale
- ✓ The vehicle materially differs from its published listing or description
- ✓ Accompanied by your order/reservation number and photos where relevant
Not covered
- ✕ Reported after the 48-hour inspection window
- ✕ Normal wear and tear expected on a used vehicle
- ✕ Change of mind after pickup or delivery
- ✕ Damage occurring after you've taken possession of the vehicle
- ✕ Modifications made to the vehicle after delivery
How issues get resolved
Once your report is reviewed, here's what typically happens next, depending on the situation.

Where a refund applies, it's issued back to your original payment method (card or bank transfer). Depending on your bank, it can take a few additional days to show on your statement.
